C.J. Trayser

A seasoned technology and learning systems project manager during the “regular” 9-to-5 workday, he also volunteers his time as a Ministry Leader at one of the Crossroads Career Network member churches where he specializes in resume reviews, helping others develop networking skills and lecturing on effective Internet job search methods. He spends countless hours combing the various Internet job boards, resume pools and social networking sites in an effort to gain a first-hand view of the current job market and job search challenges.

C. J. is a member of the Association of Online Résumé and Career Professionals (AORCP) where he is currently working on his resume writer certification. Professionally he's an adjunct professor teaching college courses online and is working on his doctoral dissertation that focuses on Social Networking technologies. In his free time he is an avid reader of religion, education and technology publications; and a widely read blogger on career topics, Second Life and literature reviews. C.J. is also a rather proficient flyer of stunt kites.
